A leading creative agency is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join them for a 9m fixed term contract.

Joining a a team of 2 other recruiters, you will support the UK team with their growth plans from the development of innovative recruitment plans to advertising sourcing and screening candidates. There is also opportunity to work on projects, events, reporting, employer branding and wider people initiatives as they work closely with the People & Culture team

The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience recruiting for a creative business or agency and will have seen various life cycles of recruitment with experience in process improvement. Ideally you will have had solid tenure in a previous company to demonstrate this.

They use Greenhouse, so experience using this system would be preferred.

They offer a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days in their Central London based office with some fantastic benefits.
