P3M Consultant

• Salary up to £45,000
• MUST be eligible for SC Clearance

The Role:

Join a scale-up digital transformation consultancy operating in the Defence industry.

This will be a mixture of remote working, office working and expensed visits to client sites in the South of England. On average you will be in their Bristol office or on client site 1-2 days a week.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies.
• Lead or support the delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet client expectations in scope, time, and quality.
• Create and maintain P3 Management and controls documents.
• Manage organisational change and guide clients through the adoption of new technologies or processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to grow the business through new opportunities and future engagements.

Experience:

• Experience in consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Relevant P3M certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
• Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible for SC Security Clearance
