Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver for our client based in Oakham. This role offers competitive pay and a variety of tasks that go beyond typical driving duties.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Driving & Delivering: Transport specialist trailers and vehicles to event locations, with occasional night shifts. Hotel accommodation will be provided.

* Setting Up & Dismantling: Assist with the assembly and take-down of equipment as required.

* Customer Support: Provide professional, customer-facing support during events.

* On-Site Support: Ensure key systems are operational at live events (e.g., refuelling generators).

* Packing & Equipment Return: Secure and prepare equipment for subsequent jobs.

* Adherence to Safety: Follow road laws, speed limits, site regulations, and safety protocols.

* Maintenance: Keep vehicles and equipment clean and orderly.

* Documentation: Complete daily and weekly paperwork accurately.

* Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and required PPE (safety boots, high-vis).

* Training: Engage in ongoing training to develop new skills.

Who We're Looking For:

* A confident, polite, and reliable driver with strong communication skills.

* A professional who takes pride in their work and appearance.

* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

* New Pass and LTD drivers are welcome to apply.

* Must possess a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, Tacho card, and necessary endorsements.

Pay:

* £15 - £17 per hour
