About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain, and repair a wide range of industrial refrigeration systems, primarily ammonia-based. This is a mobile position covering Kent and the surrounding areas, working in environments such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centres.

As part of your role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that industrial refrigeration plant operates efficiently and effectively, carrying out both planned maintenance and reactive repairs. You'll be working with a variety of equipment, making each day different and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial refrigeration systems (mainly ammonia-based)
Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in refrigeration systems
Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Providing excellent customer service to clients across a range of industries

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

Extensive experience in industrial refrigeration, particularly with ammonia-based systems
FGas certificate
Safe handling of ammonia ticket
Full UK driving licence (due to the mobile nature of the role)
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Benefits:

Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum (depending on experience)
