Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with secondary students in Lincoln.

Key Details:

Role: Teaching Assistant (with SEN experience)
Location: Lincoln, supporting secondary school students
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Salary: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for increase based on experience and performance
About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs. Your role will be to help them access the curriculum, support their personal development, and contribute to their success within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of tailored education plans for students with SEN
Support students in class and during activities, fostering independence
Help manage classroom behaviour and provide emotional support where needed
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure each student's needs are met
Provide feedback to staff and contribute to student progress reviews

Previous experience working with students with SEN is essential
