We are looking to recruit a fulltime, permanent Administrator, to work in our clients fast paced and busy office in Near Woodstock.  You will be supporting the Office Managers, Finance Manager, Directors and Engineers with a very varied range of administrative tasks.
This is a Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm role with 30 minutes for lunch.  The salary is £22,000-£26,000 dependant on experience with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.   The current office has a team of 5 people that they are looking to grow to improve efficiency and workload, they are a very friendly and welcoming group of people who are looking forward to someone joining them on a long-term basis, existing employees in this team have been there anything from 6 months to 11 years!  As part of this team, you will be working to organise and manage a group of 24 people across the company from Directors to Engineers.
Administrator duties to include:

Answer calls, book appointments and diary management for the Directors and team of Engineers
Place purchase orders for materials etc and monitor deliveries and invoices.
Keep and maintain departmental records.
Create and send quotations, risk assessments and order acknowledgments.The successful candidate will need to be able to prioritise and multitask to a high level and have excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.  Previous Administrator experience in a security/construction/engineering/facilities environment with a focus on customer service would be an advantage.
