Site Clerk
A leading residential builder has a requirement for a Site Clerk for a school project in South Dublin. The preferred candidate should possess some construction experience and ideally be degree qualified in a construction related discipline.
Role:
- General Site Administration
- BCAR Administration
- Quality Control
- H&S Paperwork Administration, etc.
- Document control for the site management team
- Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities
- Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets
- Inspection of deliveries when feasible
- Administration of returns in accordance with Company policy
- Verification of invoices and dockets before submission to Head Office
- Data entry and backup tasks
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's prior experience ideally in construction
- Preference for a construction-related degree
- Diligence and a strong attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- €40,000 - €45,000
