Opportunity for a Legal PA to join a Top 20 International law firm.

The Firm

Our client, a Top 20, International law firm are seeking a Legal PA to support their Finance team in the City of London.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have proven strong Legal PA experience and will be able to confidently handle the frequent demands of a fast-paced role, recognising that effective communication with those you support is essential. Duties to include:

Managing, controlling and fully understanding the Partner's diary

Handling travel arrangements

Photocopying, printing, scanning, organising post and couriers

Drafting correspondence, engagement letters, documents, agendas, presentations and spreadsheets

Efficiently managing own workload and being proactive with the ability to work on own initiative

Building good working relationships with colleagues

Demonstrating an understanding of the end-to-end billing process and liaising with the billing team

This Legal PA opportunity is full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Requirements

Previous Legal PA experience supporting at Partner level

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

70 wpm typing

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
