My client, are a boutique financial planning practice with offices based in South Buckinghamshire. They have been offering financial advice to their private clients for over 20 years and have an excellent reputation for providing the highest levels of financial advice to High Net Worth private clients who are a mixture of business professionals, retirees, accumulators and families. They offer advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protections and more complex advice such as VCT & EIS.
Due to a growing number of new enquiries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations an array of brand-new vacancies have been created by the Managing Director for an experienced IFA Administrator with previous experience of working within an IFA or Wealth Management practice. Ideally applicants will also have some experience of using Intelligent Office software (although this is not essential).
You will be working in a support role to a team of paraplanners and IFAs and be allocated cases to work on based upon your experience levels. You may even be allocated a specific adviser to support allowing you to build a solid working relationship. You will take ownership in managing the production of documentation, reports and correspondence for clients, interacting with external service providers to ensure that the business’ clients’ needs and wants are met. The company has an excellent reputation for training and development with 3 of their current Financial Advisors having joined the business as Administrators, so if you have ambitions to become an advisor, this company will help you plan and work towards that outcome.
About You:
Ideally you will have worked within a Wealth Management Business or an FCA regulated financial services business previously. This is a customer facing role that requires good social and client interaction skills, so evidence of similar type of duties in your previous role will be required.
