The Role
We are seeking a Working Supervisor to oversee a civils package involving drainage and underground services in Westcott, Buckinghamshire. This freelance role offers approximately 9 months of work supervising both Direct and Subcontract labour teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

* SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme)

* First Aid Certification

* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

* Proven experience supervising civil engineering works, particularly in drainage and underground services.

* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
