Responsibilities for the Site Manager

Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
Number one on site or a number 2 on larger projects
Manage the subcontractors
Manager the whole build process on new build and refurbishment schemes. Requirements for the Site Manager role

Desired experience with Education projects up to £30million
SMSTS
CSCS
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
