Salary: £120 - £220 per day

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Boston from January 2025. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage a love of learning while helping students build strong mathematical foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to Key Stage 4 students
Assessing, tracking, and providing constructive feedback on student progress
Creating a dynamic and motivating classroom environment
Supporting students in developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and develop the Maths curriculum

Essential Criteria:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
A passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their best
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate lessons to support diverse abilities
