Title: Mortgage Advisor

This independent mortgage brokerage has recently started working with a busy estate agents so they are looking for an experience mortgage and protection advisor to join their team. Your leads will come directly from the estate agency. They are a whole of market brokerage based in Preston.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Having consultations with mortgage enquiries.
Communicating with mortgage lenders.
Getting information through fact-finding sessions with clients.
Staying up to date with market conditions.
Managing the company's CRM system.Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience
CeMAP required
Good communication skills
Professional telephone mannerBenefits of a being a Mortgage Advisor;

Basic salary between 28-32K depending on experience
Fully office based
Commission pay
Monday - Friday
No weekends
