Tenancy & Lettings Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly successful property company working in their buoyant offices in Dorking as a Tenancy Coordinator.

* £27,000 salary

* Based in Dorking

* 25 days holiday + plus bank holidays

* Day off on your birthday!

* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job specification:

* Checking references and drafting agreements

* Chasing outstanding documents required to let a property

* Keeping prospective tenants and landlord updated regularly

* Rent collecting

* Rent reviews

* Renewal and variation documents

* General support and assistance within your team and the department

* Checking of compliance and safety related certificate

Person specification:

* Experience of a lettings department

* Ability to build great relationships with landlords and tenants alike

* Able to work under pressure and at a high pace

* A high level of attention to detail to be able to solve problems

* A good knowledge of IT skills is essential
