We are looking for a RICS Qualified Surveyor with experience in Asset Rationalisation or end-to-end Disposals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile programme for a public sector organisation.

Role Overview

You will be apart of a major asset rationalisation and disposal project for the Council.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Rationalisation: Conduct area reviews and identify assets for disposal, contributing to the city’s wider strategy.
• End-to-End Disposal: Manage the full lifecycle of disposals, from initial identification to completion, ensuring assets are efficiently divested.
• Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to drive the success of this large-scale project.

Ideal Candidate

• RICS Qualified with a proven track record in Asset Rationalisation and Disposals
• Comfortable managing both sides of the role—many surveyors prefer to see disposals through to completion, so candidates with a preference for both aspects will be highly regarded.
• Strong background in Area Reviews to assess assets ready for disposal, as well as experience handling the entire disposal process.

Able to work in a high-demand sector, with a competitive day rate reflecting the level of expertise required.
