Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - about the role

As the successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA), your responsibilities will be;

* Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

* Work closely with class teachers to assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

* Support children with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their emotional, social, and academic development.

* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and progress.

* Help monitor student progress, reporting on their achievements and areas for improvement.

* Assist in preparing resources and maintaining a well-organized learning environment
