Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a dynamic Kitchen Manager to join our team, so if you have previous experience at a senior chef level and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in the kitchen; this may be just the job for you.
The Freemasons Arms is a fast paced and busy London pub located in Covent Garden. It was here that the Football Association met in 1863 to first thrash out the laws of the beautiful game, and the pub celebrates this connection with an extensive selection of memorabilia in the downstairs bar. Just 200 yards from Covent Garden tube station and a short walk from Charing Cross, the pub is perfectly positioned for unwinding after a long day's work or sightseeing.
We know that an excellent Kitchen Manager is one of the most key ingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working alongside the General Manager to deliver key objectives, customer satisfaction and growth at your site. Supporting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will lead and develop your team to deliver an efficient, high quality kitchen service to our customers.
