Our client, a renowned brand in the beauty industry known for disruptive innovation and award-winning products, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join their team in London, UK. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This is a full-time, permanent position with a thriving organisation that values customer obsession and exceptional quality.

JOB TITLE: Office Manager/ EA

CONTRACT: Permanent

SALARY: up to £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the General Manager and assist other team members as needed.
  • Manage appointments, correspondence, and written communications.
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Prepare expense reports for the executive team.
  • Assist in running company and personal errands.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to meet office needs.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
  • Work with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the office budget and track expenditures.

Qualifications & Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient with a can-do attitude.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if required.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
