Bright Selection are delighted to be supporting an ambitious new care provider in recruiting an experienced home manager to commission their exciting new service opening Autumn 2024.
The home is currently under refurbishment and when finished, it will provide an outstanding environment for residents, staff and families.
The group are keen to appoint a manager who will play a key part in developing the service and working with the provider to establish it as a home of choice in the local area.
Requirements:
Relevant professional qualification - L5 Diploma, NVQ L4, RMA or equivalent
Commissioning experience - Desirable
Nursing qualification essential
Proven track record in care home management
Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
Experience of managing large teams of people
Strong planning and organisational skills
Good budget management
Responsibilities include:
Register with CQC as the Registered Home Manager
Provide leadership in all aspects of the care home, promoting a culture of independence and person centred care.
Ensure sustainable financial viability
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements
Pro-actively promote your home as the home of choice in the local area
