They are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant who will report to the Financial Controller.

This newly created role offers excellent visibility across the entire business, involving close collaboration with all departments. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring robust financial controls, accounting, and reporting.

What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

Process and coordinate period-end close activities.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
Prepare financial and management reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Supervise accounting activities across international legal entities.
Play a key role in the implementation team for a new system.
Drive best practices and process efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax statutory requirements.
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in leading and developing a team, ideally within a shared services environment.
Experience with new finance system implementation and stabilisation.
Knowledge and experience with process improvement methodologies.
