What You'll Be Doing:

* Attending sites to carry out repairs and remedial works following EICR condition reports

* Diagnosing and resolving faults and logging details for further action

* Performing compliance-related tasks, such as emergency light testing and periodic inspections

* Handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks

* Contributing to capital projects like refurbishments and upgrades

* Participating in on-call duty rotas (once per month minimum) for out-of-hours emergencies

* Ensuring all works meet health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

* NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field

* 17th Edition certification (18th Edition preferred)

* Experience in testing, installing, and fault-finding

* A full driving licence

* A proactive, flexible approach and a passion for problem-solving

* Comfortable working with iPhones, iPads, or Android devices

Bonus Skills:

* CSCS card and IPAF/MEWP qualifications (training available if needed)

* Experience in reactive and small project maintenance
