Your Role Will Include:

Leading and mentoring a small team of electronics engineers

Collaborating with clients to gather and define technical requirements

*

Driving the design and development of new and existing products

*

Ensuring best practices in electronic design and working closely with multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Need:

*

A degree in Electronics Engineering (or a related discipline)

*

Strong background in analogue and/or digital electronic design

*

Experience with Design for Assembly and Manufacturing (DFA/DFM)

*

Proficiency in circuit schematic capture and PCB layout

*

Embedded software knowledge, ideally with C programming

*

Previous leadership or technical mentoring experience
