Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Your Role Accounts (60%):
- Prepare accounts, business tax computations, management accounts, and VAT returns.
Audit (40%):
- Lead audits from planning to completion while supervising and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities - Produce accounts and tax computations for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Take ownership of audit assignments, ensuring all deliverables are prepared for manager review.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and building strong relationships.
- Provide training, guidance, and work reviews for junior team members.
- Prepare management accounts and VAT returns as needed.
What We’re Looking For - ACA or ACCA qualified with 4-5 years’ experience in a practice environment.
- Proven experience leading audit assignments.
- Expertise in working with owner-managed businesses and preparing statutory accounts.
- Proficient in Excel with strong IT skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
