About the Role:

As a Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for permanent roles within the Utilities sector across the UK. This is a crucial role where you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Collaborating with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.

* Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their job search.

* Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they are the right fit for our clients.

* Working alongside principal consultants to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

* Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments within the Utilities sector.
