The Role

Reporting to the UK Sales and Marketing Director, capitalising on all the strengths of well-respected international brands, own label capability, significant investment in NPD and a purpose built, state of the art UK manufacturing facility, in order to create a best-in-class online shopping offering and strong commercial relationships with major online retailers.

Responsibilities will include:

E-Commerce channel strategy development and implementation
Platform and On-Line Retailer Management
Sales and Revenue Management
Partnership and Vendor Management
Digital Marketing
Customer Experience
Latterly, recruiting and leading a high calibre e-commerce and digital marketing team
Promoting a high-performance culture, putting the customer at the forefront of everything they doThe Person

Hands on, high calibre, Sales Professional with strong FMCG sales experience into online retailers
Both brand and own label experience, advantageous but not essential
Demonstrable success at developing relationships with key online retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales and profitability
An excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
