Secondary English & Maths Tutor -Dagenham - Up to £35 per hour

We are looking for core subjects tutors to work 1:1 with Secondary students to help further their education in London Barking and Dagenham

Position - Core subjects Tutor
Location - East London
Job Type - Part Time (Temp)
Salary - £25 - £35per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct 1:1 tutoring sessions in English, Maths & Science for secondary school students.
* Assess student's strengths and weaknesses and develop customised lesson plans.
* Provide guidance and support in homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills.
* Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm.
* Monitor and track student's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
* Stay current with the secondary school curriculum and teaching methods to ensure effective instruction.
* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Teaching certification or relevant tutoring experience preferred but not essential (QTS/PGCE)
* Strong knowledge of the secondary school curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
