Work primarily from home with a hybrid model, including monthly travel to support learners in your area.

Your Role:

* Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to apprentices

* Develop engaging learning resources aligned with curriculum standards

* Monitor apprentices' progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed

* Ensure compliance with relevant safeguarding and childcare regulations

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in residential childcare.

* A recognized qualification in residential childcare (Level 3 or above).

* UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
