Location: Leighton Buzzard
Pay Rate: £28.75 per hour
Hours: 39 per week Monday - Thursday 07.00 - 16.00 , Friday (phone number removed)Duties Include:

To fabricate components for our aerospace seating aftermarket business from aluminium sheets, steel sheets, tubing and extrusion
Working from diagrams and drawings making components using various hand tools and shop floor machine equipment, ensuring that quality checks are maintained during the process.
The type of machines and equipment commonly used in this role are:
Trumpf, Brakepress , Cut off Saws, Guillotine,
Hydraulic Press, Fly Press, Bandsaws, Spot-Welding machine,
Combined Manual Mill/Drill and Pillar Drills.
During inspection the use of Height Gauges, Protractors, Radius Gauges, Verniers and Micrometres would be required.
The role also requires the employee to be competent in reading engineering drawings and be able to complete light assembly work.
This role also requires the employee to load and form components, as well as running all machines on the cell.Requirements:

Demonstrate a working knowledge of machinery and operation, in line with the role specification.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of administration skills and is computer literate with Microsoft Office.
