You will be responsible for managing junior team members, reviewing audit work, and ensuring compliance with audit standards and client expectations. • Supervise and lead audit teams in the execution of audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review and finalise audit work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, addressing any queries and ensuring that audit processes are explained clearly and professionally.
• Assist in the planning and risk assessment of audit engagements.
• Support the training and development of junior staff, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their professional skills.
• Identify areas for improvement in the audit process and contribute to the development of audit strategies.
• Ensure that all audit work is completed within deadlines and budgets.

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or close to qualification, with substantial audit experience.
• Strong understanding of UK auditing standards and regulations.
• Experience supervising or managing audit teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
