Head of Property role with Local authority in the South East.

£650 - £700 p/d depending on experience
Placement would be for 6 months with the potential to extend to 12 months helping council work through a backlog
Successful candidate will have to oversee both the Asset manager and Facilities Manager teams.
The placement would be a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office and the others working from home.
