As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including budgets, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and inspire your team to provide high-quality, person-centred support and care.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes independence and daily living skills for our residents.
