Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Swindon, SN3 4TT

Shift and Pay Information for Warehouse Operative:

• Day Shift: 06:00-14:00 - £12.35 per hour
• Back Shift: 14:00-22:00 - £12.35 per hour
• Night Shift: 22:00-06:00 - £15.44 per hour
• OT £18.53 per hour
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends (rota provided)

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, loading, receiving, and binning using electronic equipment. This position involves heavy lifting and requires strict adherence to hygiene standards. While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Availability to work weekends is mandatory and commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week) with target-based performance is a must.

• Able to work the above shift
• Previous warehouse experience desired
• Proof of the right to work in the UK
• Are 18+
• Good English level both written & spoken
