Stafforce are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known Coffee partner based in Elsham, Brigg. The Client source roast and pack the very best coffee beans to provide bespoke coffee blends to independent coffee shops, high-street retailers, hospitality and wholesale partners.

Job description
The client is looking to source candidates who are interested in developing their skills and experience as trainee machine operatives & trainee roasters.
Previous Machine experience would be beneficial but not essential, the client is happy to train candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills.
- Operatives are required to run to the requirements of the relevant schedules and to carry out line adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent products that is within specification and budget performance.
- To correctly record and use materials.
- To ensure correct stock accuracy.
- To carry out all inspection to the relevant schedules, to comply with specifications.
- To be responsible of the completion of all relevant documentation, to comply with ISO standards.
- To work to Health & Safety procedures and report near misses.
- To continually improve housekeeping standards.
