This is a commission only role paying 45% of banked Sales income with on target earnings of circa £50k and the benefit of having an uncapped earning potential.

We are looking for anyone with a minimum of three years experience in estate agency and has hands on experience in all disciplines required of being a fully proficient estate agent.

- You must be able to generate your own valuation opportunities and have a reasonable conversation rate from valuation to instruction

- Maintain a computerised database of potential buyers and sellers with a regular and constructive level of contact

- Make yourself aware of properties for sale in your area

- Arrange and accompany property viewings with feedback to sellers

- Handle and fully validate purchase offers

- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage providers to see transactions through t exchange and completion
