Start Date: Jan 25 - July 25, Full Time, 8:30 - 3:45Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting students and teachers in a primary school setting? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Woolwich, Greenwich.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the teacher in delivering high-quality education by supporting the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons across various subjects and year groups.
* Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they are engaged and making progress.
* Lead small group work and interventions, supporting students who need extra help to reach their learning objectives.
* Implement and support strategies to manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to the development of individual learning plans.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Qualification: Relevant HLTA qualification or significant experience as a teaching assistant.
Experience: Proven experience in a classroom setting, with a strong understanding of primary education and the curriculum.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to work effectively across different year groups and subjects.
