Management Accountant
SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing SME business in Leamington Spa in the recruitment of a Management Accountant.

We are seeking a part qualified or qualified accountant who can undertake a brand new role to drive outputs and performance.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the successful candidate will supervise/mentor and develop a small team and be involved with business partnering across 5 sites in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic business.

Manage the monthly reporting process to ensure that trading reports are produced on a timely and accurate basis, including a review of the balance sheets for each business
Keep the cash flow forecasts up to date and identify and report in advance any cash flow blips that require or are likely to require funding
Ensure debtors and creditors are effectively managed throughout the business, most notably for trade debtors and trade creditors
Identify opportunities for improved cost control and efficiencies in each business as we seek to maximise profit from each company
Assist the Finance Director and Group Finance Manager in the management of company cash flow through effective management of all working capital accounts
Supervision of a small team
