A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, based at a static site in Hinxton.

The Role

As the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building services equipment.

* Plant room maintenance and checks.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - flushing, filter changes, temp checks, generator checks.

* Plumbing and fabric duties as and when required.

* General building maintenance.

* A static site based in Hinxton working Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00).

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* You will hold relevant mechanical qualifications - NVQ Level 2 / 3 - Plumbing / Plumbing & Heating.

* Ability to pass an enhanced DBS.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
