Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion
- Assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives
- Compile and update employee records for accuracy and compliance
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents and reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Profile
A successful People Team Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of Human Resources administrative processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
