Based in LN6, Working 8hr shift pattern between 6am and 10pm, 5 days a week including some weekends, £11.44p/hr

Duties

• Provide non-emergency ambulance transport to service users who need assistance getting to their hospital appointments/treatments
• First point of contact for inbound calls
• Checking eligibility of service users
• Entering details onto the system

Requirement

• Enhanced DBS
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
