Qualifications and Experience

1. DFE Qualified teacher status

Professional Experience and Knowledge

2. Experience of managing support staff to improve achievement of learning

3. Successful experience of managing resources effectively

4. Experience of working with pupils with a wide range of complex needs and challenging behaviours

5. Experience of developing education strategies that are meaningful to the student's learning
