Description

Oversee day to day repairs & voids operations
Manage contractor and customer relationships
Lead and support the repairs team to meet service standards
Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements
Monitor budhets, schedules and project outcomes
Reporting to Head Of Assets

Profile

Proven expeirence in a similar role within Social Housing
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and contractor performance effectively
A customer first approach to service delivery

Job Offer

Salary of £42-49k per annum
