Are you a qualified HVAC Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Exciting opportunity to work on one of the biggest developments within Leeds and be a part of their growing team focused on delivering an excellent service to their client. This role would be based at a brand new office complex in Leeds, which is currently still in expansion

Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units
Complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales
Take part in other minor facilities duties (For example, hanging whiteboards, consulting on fitouts etc)
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedure
To ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable.
To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments
To comply with the company Health and Safety Policy always
Ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained
To comply with any reasonable request or instruction from the line Manager and Senior Technician
To ensure all systems are working to optimum efficiency
To work to comply with company KPIs
To maintain and Update the Asset database.
To advise and co-ordinate Sub-Contractor's on siteIdeal Candidate

HVAC or Air Conditioning Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent
F-gas
18th edition (Desirable)
Experience of heating ventilation and gas systems within a facilities environment
