Job title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Stratford upon Avon

An excellent opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join a team of chartered consultants in the Stratford upon Avon office. My client mainly focuses on commercial, residential, home improvements and renewable energy projects. With 7 offices across the UK the successful candidate will be joining a medium sized consultancy where you will be leading and supporting the team.

The role will involve working on the following:-

• Preparing planning applications
• Working on appeals
• Advice on planning matters
• Dealing with small scale and householder developments

We are looking for the right candidate to come in and take on their own workload from the offset with knowledge working in the private sector or public sector on commercial or residential projects.
