The Role:

We're working with a leading charity who have been ranked in the top 100 list of 'large companies' to work for!

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Managerto join their IT team and lead the delivery across a number of Digital Transformation centric initiatives. You'll work closely with C-Suite leaders across the organisation on a legacy CRM project, where you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes, practices, and ways of working in an effort to streamline project execution.

The Senior Project Managerwill be in charge of budget and timeline management, and will be accountable for achieving project milestones inline with the organisations expectations.

As the sole PM, you'll be in a highly visable (and incredibly rewarding) role, making a real difference across the business and wider community!

Please note - While the extension of this FTC is not guaranteed, there is potential for the role to continue beyond the initial 12 month period.

Required Experience:

🚀 4+ years' experience working as an IT Project Manager

🚀 Experience with Digital Transformations across Public Sector or NFP is highly desirable

🚀 CRM migration experience is highly desirable

🚀 Procurement and adoption of CRM systems

🚀 Ability to liaise with C-Suite and lead from the front

🚀 Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certification is highly desirable

🚀 Excellent communication skills

The Package:

⭐ Salary range: £49,000-£57,000 per annum

⭐ 26 days holiday + bank holidays

⭐ Flexible working options

⭐ Option to continue an NHS pension (if applicable)

Working Set-Up:

This is a hybrid role where on average you'll be required in the office 1-2 times per week. This is flexible dependent on the requirements of the project at any one time (some weeks it will be less, and some weeks it may be slightly more).

2️⃣ 60-90 minute panel interview (face to face)
