* High-end fit-outs, including retail, leisure, casinos & other commercial

* Site-based 80%, Office-based 20%

* Oversee multiple sites simultaneously (depending on size & complexity)

* Estimators and surveyors are separate functions within the business

* Join a team of 3 other contracts managers
