Main duties:Represent the brand and act as a main point of contact for subscribersManage the administration of digital and offline subscriptionsHandle daily administration tasks, including reporting and system updatesPromote subscription options and contribute to increase revenuesBe creative and seek out new ways to encourage subscriptionsInvestigate any issue customers might encounter as well as failed payments

The candidate:Fluency is German is mandatory for this roleExperience in sales administration or sales would be idealExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and confident with decision-making
