Due to changes in staff structure a small SEMH Primary school is looking for an experienced Headteacher to support as advisor the current team in leading their improvement plan for children with SEMH.
Your duties as School Improvement Advisor SEMH - Primary:
* To support in a pastoral and therapeutic manner for all children in the school
* Lead the improvement plan and policy journey
* Model leadership for the current staff structure
* Act as Headteacher when needed
Experience needed as School Improvement Advisor SEMH - Primary:
* Have been a Headteacher for a SEMH school previously
* Have recently been a Headteacher
* Primary school experience
* Qualified Teachers Status
