We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee small works and reactive maintenance projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can effectively manage a team, price works, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing small works and reactive maintenance projects.

Leading and supervising a team of engineers/electricians, ensuring productivity and quality.

Preparing quotations and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

*

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

*

Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and expectations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within small works and reactive maintenance.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

*

Experience in pricing/quoting jobs and managing project costs.

*

Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.

*

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

*

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 Testing & Inspection).

*

SMSTS, SSSTS, or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage
