About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic HLTA to join our dedicated team due to increased student enrollment. This full-time role involves supporting teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at our school. You will work closely with class teachers, leading small group activities, assisting with lesson planning, and providing targeted interventions to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Class sizes are kept small to facilitate personalised learning and effective classroom management.

Application Requirements:

• Have a thorough understanding of the UK primary curriculum and proven experience supporting teaching and learning.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.

• Show initiative, flexibility, and a passion for supporting children's educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the guidance of class teachers.

• Lead small group activities to reinforce learning objectives.

• Support SEN students and those with additional learning needs.

• Contribute to the maintenance of a positive learning environment.
