Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Manchester
• Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property management laws and regulations
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• ARLA certification is preferred but not essential
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
